Constructed from laminated kiln dried hardwoods, the Gent Sofa-Windsor Woven has beautiful lines and solid construction. The joints are glued, stapled and reinforced with corner blocks for added strength and support. The spring are a drop in unit construction containing single and double cone construction and the cushions are 2.3lb foam with a thermal bonded fiber wrap. Our standard Comfort Crown cushion provides an inviting crowned look with initial softness and deep seating support. A 2.3 lb. density Ultracel HR foam core is laminated with a countered shape, medium density, foam insert, producing a permanent crown. Capped with super soft HR foam, it provides a plush feel and nice symmetrical shape. The completed core is encased in down proof ticking which provides a slow air release and smooth ride. This cushion provides consistent performance and comfort with a plush look and feel.
